End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a binding agreement between you and BRONQ. (“BRONQ”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using this website, mobile site, or any related services (collectively, the “Site”), you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Acceptance of terms

Your access to and use of the Site is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with this Agreement. This Agreement applies to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Site. By continuing to use the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

2. Use of the website and content

The Site and its contents are intended solely for personal, non-commercial use. You may browse, view, and purchase products for personal use. You may not use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site or interfere with any other party’s use of the Site.

3. Intellectual property

The BRONQ name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of BRONQ or its affiliates. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, display, publish, perform, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

4. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, spider, or harvest any data from the Site without authorisation;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack any part of the Site;
• Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful material;
• Resell, redistribute, or exploit any product or content for commercial purposes without permission;
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
• Engage in any conduct that is unlawful, fraudulent, or otherwise harmful to BRONQ or other users.

5. Product information and pricing

We make every effort to display products and prices accurately. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content on the Site is complete, reliable, current, or error-free. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any affected orders. All prices are in South African Rand unless otherwise indicated and include VAT where applicable.

6. Accounts and security

If you create an account on the Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, BRONQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Site or any products purchased through it.

8. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.

9. Changes to this agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. We encourage you to review this Agreement periodically.
